Promo FAQs

It is a system-based promotion where the customer with the highest value and volume of transactions done via the Fidelity MobileApp gets to win a prize (IPhone X).
The duration for SYF is 2 months (8 weeks). Commencing on 24 June 2019 and ending on 24 August 2019.
All existing and new Fidelity Mobile App customers are eligible to participate in the SYF & Win promo.
Fidelity Bank staff (employees) and their immediate families are excluded from this promo.
Use the Fidelity MobileApp to perform any of the transactions bulleted below and stand a chance of winning:
  • Account to Wallet,
  • Airtime Top Up,
  • SWIFT,
  • Internal Transfer from Fidelity Foreign currency accounts (USD, GBP, EUR) to Fidelity Local accounts (Ghc),
  • Transfer from Fidelity account to other local Banks,
  • Transfer from Fidelity account to Foreign account abroad using the Mobile APP
The customer that performs the highest value and volume of transactions per the week under review will be declared as the winner.
It will be determined through system analysis. Each week of the promo period, analysis will be done on all customer transactions to determine the Mobile APP customers that transacted the highest value and volume of transactions within the period.

Winners will be notified via phone calls from Fidelity Bank. We will also announce the winner’s name on our social media platforms the Monday following each specific promo week.
Winners will be notified to pick up their prize at a Fidelity Bank branch close to them.
No! Customer must be present (physically) to pick up their prize and take a photograph with a Bank official.
No! Customer cannot just perform (one) 1 transaction to win the reward prize. To win you need to perform the highest number of transactions (volume) and in value as well.
Winning multiple times is not permitted. This means that customers get to win only once for this promo. Every week a different customer will be rewarded, a customer who won last week cannot win this week. This is to provide the opportunity for multiple customers to win during the 8 Weeks period.
